Nanfang pump rinsing 120 BPH gallon bottle filling machine with level filling valve

Principle:

This Gallon bottle filling machine is integrated with jar washing-filling-capping functions together;

Workers manually load the empty cans on the can rack, the can racks containing the cans will be transferred in advance for can cleaning, and the transmission force is transmitted through the gear box;
The washing is divided into two parts. The first process is to use disinfectant, and the second process is to use purified water.

After washing, the jar is dropped from the jar bracket on the corner plate through the transmission chain under the action of gravity.

Then push the jar by pushing the cylinder below the filling head, and then start filling;

the filling amount can be controlled by setting the filling time.

After that, the filled jar will be pushed under the capping head by the empty jar.

Workers put many disordered caps into the cap loader, and the cap loader will automatically sort the caps to lower them into the cap guide.

When the filled bottle passes under the cap head, the cap will fall onto the neck of the can, and then the cap bottle will be capped automatically by the capping cylinder.
