In 2009, Puyi was founded in Weihai with 50 million USD investment and area of 200,000 square meters, and took the lead in the research and development of scrubber tower ( marine Exhaust Gas Clean System) . Puyi currently has built three automatic production bases for scrubber tower (EGCS) in Weihai, Nantong and Zhangjiagang, respectively. It also has set up a marketing center -Puyi(Shanghai) Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., in Shanghai, one of the international financial and trade centers. It has established a perfect after-sales service network in major shipping countries and regions around the world.

After ten years of development, Puyi has ranked in NO.1 or top position as follows:
