4. The operational system is researched and developed by ourselves, which can be worked when it connected with robot via WIFI.

5. Once upon contract confirmed, we will provide all of detailed instructions to you and your electric engineer could install within 15 minutes and program it according to your application .

6. If there are any questions during using,we would communicate thru video and our engineer could provide after-service support for you.

7. Robot can be connected by network cable or wireless WIFI, which can be used in conjunction with the vision. We will provide relevant protocols. Customers need to prepare cameras and also need visual supporting software, as well as visual system debugging.
