This machine can be applied to the round and square bottle labeling

Optional automatic rotary bottle uncrambler machine, can be
directly connected to the front production line, automatic bottle
feeding into the labeling machine, increase efficiency
It can be equipped with ribbon printer machine, which can print
production date and batch number on line, reduce the packaging
process of bottle and improve production efficiency.
Work Process
1 the sensor detect the product,transmit the signal to labeling
control system;
2 after the signal has been processed by the PLC,a label is send out at an appropriate time and attach on a desired position of the container;
3 the container go through the press plate unit,the press wheel lead the rotation of container,the label is pressed to fit smoothly, the labeling operation is finished.
