Our factory focus on production control and customers’ requirements. That is why we have 3 different production inspection lines and each batch of the production’s defect rate is below 1.49%. As for the customers requests fulfillment, we have our R&D department with more than 20 designers including full-time one and part-time one which is cooperated with the professors and students from the Art University. We organize the porcelain dinnerware design competition every year to find out more amazing design and donate for the art university. Besides that, we have the customers services before and after sales system. For example we have the cooking training and scenario for chief or manager of restaurant in our showroom, they can select the dinnerware to match their food or any dishes they cook.
