FeCrAl alloy is high resistance and electrical heating alloy.FeCrAl alloy can reach process temperatures of 2192 to 2282℉,corresponding to a resistance temperature of 2372℉.
In order to improve anti-oxidation ability and increase working life,we usually put ddition of rare earths in the alloy,such as La+Ce,Yttrium,Hafnium,Ziconium,etc.
It is normally used in electrical furnace ,glass top hobs,quartz tube heaters,resistors,catalytic converter,heating elements and etc.
0Cr21Al6Nb common name:KA1,TANKII A1,TANKII,Alloy 875,Resistohm145,Aluchrom 0,Alchrome 875,MWS-875,Stablohm 875.
0Cr21Al6Nb is an iron-chromium-aluminium alloy (FeCrAl alloy)
characterized by high resistance, low coefficient of electric
resistance, high operating temperature, good corrosion resistance
under high temperature.It is suitable for use at temperatures up to
1250°C.
Typical applications for OhmAlloy145 are used in industrial
electric furnace, household electrical appliance and far infrared
ray device.
