Large volume large flow wet grinding horizontal sand/bead mill equipment are widely used in non-metallic mine industry, grinding such as titanium dioxide, barium sulfate, mica iron oxide ,tombarthite ,etc. We have great experience in grinding titanium dioxide,barium sulfate in domestic market. Other mica iron oxide, and tombarthite companies also have joined in.

There are different materials of inner chamber for user's choice, and the dispersers can be processed with different types, like disc type, compound type, and the disperser material can be different according to grinding materials.

Features:

1. The machine/equipment has great steability with compact structure. The electric motor is in upper side of the equipment, and the grinding chamber is in lower side.

2.Double end mechanical seal has won two patented techonologies, meanwhile which is with forced coolant, seal ring could resist over 1600 solvents, to make sure no metallic pollution.

3.Grinding chamber has 2 patent technologies, and the chamber material can be choosen from silicon carbide ceramics, wear-resistant steel, stainless steel, or other you required.

1.How to choose the appropriate sand mill?

Please tell us the raw material of grinding, the input finness and output finness you need, production capacity per houre or per day, other special requirements like temperature , color, explosion performance,etc. Then we offer the most appropriate instrustions of wet grinding sand mill.

2.How to ensure the grinding machine can operate regularly after taking delivery?

Firstly, we offer running test before shipping. Secondly, operation instrustion will be delivered with the equipment, you need to read the instructions first. Thirdly, we can offer vedio instructions to help installment, maintance. Finally, if all methods have tried and the machine could not operate regularrly, we could arrange enginner to solve the problem( this may need additional fees).
