Introduction:
DCF7XR series high speed cutting system is developed based on the DCF7X cutting machine. Retaining all the functions the DCF7X cutting machine has, this cutting bed equipment has a convey belt for material transportation. Thanks to the convey belt, finished cut materials will be moved out of the cutting area automatically, while those uncut materials will be automatically moved in. Our convey belt cutting system is quite appropriate for continuously cutting long materials such as cloth, carpet and automobile interior decoration materials. With this cloth cutting machine, your production efficiency will be greatly improved and your labor cost will be reduced. This product also called low-layer cutting system, single-layer cutting system, mat cutting machine, car seat cutting machine, gasket cutting machine, composite cutting machine, car interior cutting machine, sofa fabric cutting machine, leather cutting machine and so on, according to the different cutting material and application.

1. Choose a good environment for AOKE cutting machine, it should
not be placed in a strong lit place, to avoid direct sunlight in
case of the breakage of countertops and affect of the machine’s use
life.
2. Clean the cutting machine countertops regularly to prevent
suction outlet to be blocked (Do not pour the alcohol directly into
the countertop).
3. Apply periodical maintenance, optimization and antivirus works
on computer system.The unstable computer system will also affect
normal operation of the cutting machine.
4. Do not place weight, scissors, or other objects on the cutting
machine, so as not to hit the machine tool head when starting AOKE
cutting machine.
5. Do not press heavy load down on both sides of the cutting
machine table tracks and beams so as not to damage the track.
6. Avoid the plug and unplug of AOKE cutting machine by the
electric cable, Strictly prohibit unplug online electric cable.
Otherwise it will damage the cutting machine or computer
7. When AOKE cutting machine is running, do not put your hands
close to the head to avoid accidents.
