Using steps

1. Enter C11 ,according to the tension sensor type to set C11 parameter value:if it is differential sensor,the value is set to 0,if it is strain gauge sensor,the value is set to 0.
2. When use the tension meter output to participate the control with PLC ,according to the actural need to set C09/C10.
3. Set the alarm value when it is needed,otherwise it has no alarm with 0.0kg.
4. According to the actual need to set C04 full degree of tension,its value should be 20%~80% of tension sensor rated range.

Notes for use

1. Set screw should not be too long when the bearing hourses are installed on the detector.
2. Use spherical universal bearing hourses.
3. The wrap angle of film over detector reel should not be larger than 120 around 60 would be perfect.
4. The load force caused by film tension should not point to he screw ends of tension detector.
5. The screw ends of tension detector should point upwards when installed on a wall.
6. If the force caused by film tension pulls but not pushes the tension detector,so the negative and positive detector signal wires should exchange when connected to the tension meter.
