PID Control Suction Direct Current Heat Transfer Wind Tunnel Tester (Subway High-Speed Rail)

Scope of application:

It is suitable to simulate automobile, train, moving train, high-speed rail and tunnel wind tunnel test. Airflow by fan outlet damper adjustment, absorb air, the inlet section, rectifying section, contraction, stability, temperature measurement section, volume flow measurement section, test section, and then to stable, speed, long square contraction paragraphs, U differential gauge, pitot tube, inclined pressure measurement, diffuser, segment, segment mouth, fan, fan interface, such as voltage, current sensor, etc.

Main parameters:

8. Expansion section: the diameter of 300MM is amplified to 550MM in diameter, so that the air flow is discharged into the atmosphere at a smaller speed to reduce the energy loss of airflow.

9. System reaction time: less than 30 seconds

10. System zero drift: no drift in 4 hours

11. Allow users to have an experiment cycle: the longest experiment time is 4 hours, without human intervention (change, adjustment).

12. The PID control of wind speed can be determined qualitatively: 0-80m/s is given and repeated at any given time, and the variable frequency speed control: 0 ~ 60Hz continuous adjustment, good low-speed performance

13. The leather trust, differential pressure gauge, temperature, pressure, humidity, atmospheric pressure, voltage, current and other sensors used in wind tunnel have the certificate of provincial metrological verification. Temperature, pressure, humidity, atmospheric pressure, voltage, current and other physical quantities are passed by measurement.
