Scope of application:

Applicable to buildings and large complexes (including locomotive vehicles, vehicles, warehouses and components) and extensive fire resistance test verification for raw materials, buildings and physical models

Meet the standard:

1. Comply with the test standards of ISO 9705 "Fire tests; full-scale room test for surface products";

2. Comply with iso5660-1 "Reaction to fire tests-Heat release, smoke production and mass loss rate-Part 1: Heat release rate (cone calorimeter method)" test standard;

3. Conform to gb20286-2006 "requirements and identification of flame retardant products and components in public places" appendix B test standards;

4. Conform to gb8624-2012 "grading of building materials and product combustion performance" appendix A test standard;

5. Compliance with GB/t2794-2011 combustion performance test method for flame ignition furniture and components;

6. Compliance with GB/t25207-2010 "fire test method of physical room fire test" standard.

Main features:

1. The control part adopts the microcomputer control, the collection and processing of the signal USES 16 high precision plate CARDS, the accuracy level can reach one percent, the performance is stable, the repeatability is good.

2. Computer control interface: USES high-grade equipment and instrument (Labview) professional development software, interface is rigorous, the high degree of automation, all the red tape and operation have been integrated in the computer's fast, easy to operate, human interface, the fool.

3. Operating software, WindowsXP operating interface, Labview style, perfect security mechanism, real-time display of heat flow - time curve during the test, quality traffic - time curve, total heat release rate - time curve, carbon dioxide discharge CO2, carbon monoxide CO discharge, the discharge of smoke, the surface temperature - time curve, mass flow rate through the door - time curve.

Main parameters:

1. The whole machine consists of standard test room, standard ignition source, cone collector, gas analyzer, exhaust pipe, flue gas cooler, fan and measuring device.

2. Standard test room:

Dimensions: long 6000 plus or minus 50mm, width 4800 + 50mm, high 2400 + 50mm

3. The door of the standard test room is located at the center of the wall with a short side of 4800*2400mm wall, and the floor roof has no air vents. The size of the door is 800 plus or minus 10mm, and the height is 2000 plus or minus 10mm.

4. The test room is composed of non-combustible materials with a density of 500-800kg/M3 with a thickness of 25mm.
