Straight Seam High Frequency Erw Pipe Mill/Tube Mill
Summary
This equipment is specially used for producingΦ20-Φ80mm, δ1-4.0mm
high-frequency straight seam welded pipe and corresponding square
pipe (17*17-62*62mm,1.2-3.0mm). The composition of equipment is
from uncoiler to fixed length cutting saw. Rolling speed can be
according to suitable range of pipe diameter and wall thickness.
A. Applicable material

The ERW pipe mill with high frequency solid welder,can product he round pipe,square pipe and
rectangular pipe in high speed,and also can product the L,T,Z shape pipe,reduce the cost of roller ensure the quality of the finish pipe.
Product Process:
material(steel coil)→uncoiler→shear and welder→horizontal(or cage) accumulator→forming mill→
HF soild welder→sizing mill→rounghly straightening(turkey head)→cut off machine→run out table
High‐frequency welded tube mill line is designed to produce round tube diameter of 25.4 – 114 mm, and wall thickness of 0.8 ‐4.0 mm. This line utilizes roll forming to process steel strip into various shapes. Using high frequency induction heating, this line is capable of producing section material of various diameters and sizes by squeezing weld seam together into closed shape. The application of advanced aperture technology, PLC automatic control system and British Eurasia Digital speed‐regulating unit ensure that the production line works reliably and operates and maintains easily.
