APPLICATION:

Mercerizing is one of the most important process of fabrics pretreatment. Through mercerizing process, fabricobtain good degree of glossiness, dimensional stability, improve dye uptake, saving dyes consumption and improve fabric appreance and hand feelings.

It is applied to all of the cellulose fibers & their blenders or interwoven fabrics including yarn dyed, towel

home textile and denim fabrics.

Process:

fabric feed frame →18 pairs thick alkali chainless mercerizing box→2 bowl high-efficiency squeeze→12.5 pairs Weak alkali stabilize mercerizing box→2 bowl high-efficiency squeeze→【steam washing box(5/6) →2-bowl padder】X8→steam washing box(5/6)→2 bowl high-efficiency squeezer→2x10 drying cylinder (dia.:800mm)→Fabric outlet
