The vapor to be condensed is circulated through a condensing coil, which is continually wetted on the outside by a recirculating water system.Air is simultaneously blown upward over the coil, causing a small portion of the recirculated water to evaporate. This evaporation removes heat from the coil, cooling ,and condensing the vapor in the coil.

2.2 Evaporative Condensers Configuration and Technical Performance

The evaporative condensers main machine consists of shell, cooling coils, air discharge system, spray system, drift Eliminator and water basin etc.

• Drift Eliminator (standard): The main function of the Drift Eliminator is to recollect the vapor water after the cooling process for reuse in the following circulation. YANYE exclusive high efficiency Drift Eliminator, by three-times changing air movement current, reduces the spray water drift rate to as small as 0.001%, making it ideal for application at fog sensitive areas.

• Water Collector(standard): The main function of water collector is to collect spray water. It consists of water basin, float bulb valve, water inlet, water drain outlet, foul drainage outlet, spray pump water inlet and filter net etc parts.
