PET plastic recycling machine is used for crushing,washing and drying the used PET bottle flakes.
This line is consist of the following machines: debaler, trammer, label remover, manual sorting table, mental detector, crusher, hot washer, floating tank, drier, label blower, hopper and electric cabinet.

This machine is used for separating labels from different kinds of bottles in the processing of recycling PET bottles.
Special designed blades of the label remover has the characteristic of high inefficiency, high output and long life. A complete blade can be used for1.5- 2 years without changing.

The labeling machine is mainly used to peel the label paper on the PET bottle surface, especially the PVC or PS label applied on the PET bottle. Through the cooperation of the movable knife and the fixed knife, the labels on the bottle body are peeled together. The difference between wind and gravity is used to completely separate the bottle body and the label. The integrity of the bottle and the bottleneck is preserved, and the loss of high-quality bottle material is reduced.
