Plain weave stainless steel wire mesh is made of a weft wire and a warp wire with same diameter woven together. The Plain Weave/ Square Mesh is characterised by extremely exact mesh sizes. Weft wires are wound over and under the warp wires alternately in a constant pattern. The characteristics of this weave can be modified for special requirements.

30mesh plain weave wire mesh including 30 wires and openings per linear inch. Using 0.0065" diameter wire, by plain weaving, this wire diameter and mesh with ratio reasonable, therefore weave structure is very strong. The widths of roll size can be 30", 36", 39", 40", 48" and so on. Some of items we keep in stock in case any urgent needs of customers. Weaving Type: Plain Weave Square Hole

For plain weave technique, wire diameters of warp and weft wire are of equal size, and each warp wire passes alternately over and under each weft wire running horizontally through the cloth at 90 degree angles.
