Description

This duplex bards making machine is mainly used to produce cardboard paper of 90-200gsm and 4900mm wide. The designed production flow are as following:

Hydraulic headbox 2sets, dilute water type hydraulic headbox 1set three ply wire forming section (bottom wire length 27m, in-line wire length 11m, top wire length 8m)---- one vacuum pick up ---- one vacuum press---- two big jumbo roll press ---- Dryer cylinder group (1+3/3U+10+10)----sizing machine --- Dryer cylinder group---calender ---- horizontal reeling machine.
