3. The parent roll rotates stably at same speed of unwinding and rewinding, and the speed can be adjustable.

4. The pneumatic inflating shaft is easy to pass through paper roll core before rewinding and discharge processed paper roll after rewinded.

5. User can adjust the paper slitting width as needed.
