Continuous cutting: this machine has function of several intercross line continuous cutting, only need to input data for pipe cutting to machine one time, the machine can finish cutting for several intercross line automatically (because of the limit of interface, the Max input drawing number is 8 for continuous cutting), during the procedure, no need any person to control. If use CAD/CAM software for continuous cutting, that no quantity limit, this machine has the interface with computer, that can connect with pipe construct CAD/CAM system.

Clearance compensation: this machine provides several clearance compensation function, to guarantee the correction of intercross line:

a. Groove compensation: revision caused by mechanical clearance.

b. Pipe diameter compensation: revision caused by thermal deformation.

c. Cutting seam compensation: revision caused by cutting seam

After sale service

1). Engineer will give free training lessons to labors in buyer’s factory.

2). The Buyer will buy the round-trip air ticket for Engineer if visa application is approved. The buyer is also responsible to bear expenses generated, e.g. visa formalities, meals, accommodation and allowance of USD80 for engineer per day.

3). During this guarantee period, we will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations, we will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price.

4). We will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond one year and provide long-term technical guide.
