UWC6163 is a 5 rings 8 sections 4 color surface light for vision measurement machine, with motor driving, supporting co-axial light and contour light driving.

1. The UWC6163 vision measurement machine surface light ring is a professional illumination solution for vision measurement machine and vision inspection devices, the LED plate and controlling board are integration. Unique and stable structure ensure the accuracy of every LED light axis.

2. RS232 communication interface, the cable can be up to 20M. Thanks to the advanced design and anti-noise communication protocol, the UWC6045 series is suitable for large, medium and small size stage without losing signal.

3. API function interface is offered, easy programming.

4. Up to 5 rings 8 block 40 direction angle illuminating, ensure precise illuminating to the appointing area.

5. Each section has 4 colors LED including red, green, blue and white, 252 levels continuously adjustable, available to mix different colors.

6. The mechanical parts of the UWC 6163 vision measurement machine surface light ring are manufactured by CNC machine center, ensures the precise LED direction and focusing distance.

7. Through different angle of illuminating, emphasizing the contrast of the appointing measuring area, and reducing the noise of the stray light. Offers high contrast images, ensures the efficient and reliability of the software edge detecting and repeatability of measuring.

8. Emphasize the chamfer or corners with high contrast, perfect illumination solution for measuring the irregular shape or image.

9. Advanced constant current driving technology instead of adjusting voltage driving mode, much extending the life cycle of the LEDs.

10. One terminal low current contour light constant current output (0-20mA), suitable for the contour light with a single low power LED + lens.

11. One terminal of medium power contour light constant current output (40-150mA), directly driving a LED less than 1W power or LED group to gain contour measuring. High power LED group or halogen brightness control is able to use the UWC6004 high power illuminating controller.

12. One terminal co-axial light 40MA-150MA constant current controlling output, directly driving the co-axial light, with the co-axial lens gaining vertical illumination to measure plane and deep hole.

13. Stable brightness, non flashing, stable grey level value of the image edge, ensures the edge detecting accuracy.

14. Power supply: 24VDC+0.1V @1.5A, please use the industrial grade high quality stable voltage power supply, to ensure the product stability and life cycle.

15. Including motor controlling and limit switch, the light source moving speed and distance can be controlled by the software.
