Hospital Sterilizer Description

The ever-growing demand for scientific equipment with higher capacity and better performance,
has led to the development of the large line of rectangular sterilizers.
This model line was designed specifically to handle a larger load capacity, covering a wide field of applications.
Multiple cycle options (vacuum, gravity, liquid) come standard, with a full temperature range.

Safety Material

• 316L stainless steel chamber
• 304 Stainless steel jacket
• With stainless steel plates
• Stainless steel piping and connectors are used to avoid corrosion which is necessary to safeguard the integrity of the autoclave and prevent contamination of the sterilized loads
• Built-in steam generator of SS304

• Pneumatic valves
• Micro-printer recorder
• Touch screen technology for high user interaction
• High effective liquid-ring vacuum pump for saving energy
• Integrated automatic PLC control system

• Our ordinary electrical power is AC380v, 50Hz, 3phase, N, E
• Other electrical power standards are available and compatible

Steam Feeding

- Built-in electrically heated steam generator
- Individual electrically heated steam generators or natural gas heated steam generators are optional

Water

Softened water (Hardness <50ppm, pH Neutral) is at least requirement for the autoclaves’ durability and safety of the goods to be sterilized.
Water pressure: 0.15----0.3MPa

Compressed Air

Oil free compressed air is important to the autoclave’s running.
Oil free silence air-compressor is optional for user’s selection.
Compressed air pressure: 0.5---0.8MPa
