Brief Introduction

Peony's traditional Kaolin grading Horizontal screw centrifuge has been extensively utilized in kaolin production by renowned domestic manufacturers since the 1990s. However, the conventional grading methods of horizontal screw centrifuges in the domestic market no longer meet the users' requirements. Customers now demand improved equipment in terms of abrasion resistance, handling capacity, recovery, mechanical reliability, and cost-effectiveness. In response to these demands, Peony became the first in China to develop the Kaolin grading Nozzle Horizontal Screw Discharging Centrifuge.

The theory behind this centrifuge revolutionizes the conventional approach where underflow is discharged through the solid slag outlet, while overflow is discharged through the liquid slag outlet. This innovative design addresses the evolving needs of customers by providing enhanced performance and efficiency.

Application

This model is also suitable for non-metallic minerals like bentonite and grading needed processing,such as mica powder, titanium dioxide, graphite, drilling mud and recycle of the silicon powder waste pulp in photovoltaic industry.

Wet Processing is divided into several stages, including Pug dispersion, grading, Separation of impurities and product handling.

The general principles of process

Kaolin ore → grinding → mashing→degritting→ swirler grading→peeling→Horizontal screw centrifuge grading→magnetic separation(or bleaching)→concentration→filter pressing→drying→ products of ceramic level or paper coating level.
