A. Factory
Q: Are you manufacturer? If yes, in which city?
A: Yes, with an area of 10,569sqm, we have over 170 workers.
And we’re in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China Mainland.
Q: Does your factory pass any audit ?
A: Yes, our factory have passed INDITEX, BSCI and Primark audit.
Q:Can I visit your factory ?
A:We warmly welcome customers visit us. Before you come here, please kindly tell me your schedule, we can arrange for you. The nearest airport is Wenzhou Longwan International Airport, our factory is 40 minutes from the air port .
B. Design
Q: How many new styles do you have per month?
A: At least 100 units.
Q: How do you get the newest trends or inspiration?
A: 1) We work with different fast fashion brands, they send us trends each season.
2) We check with variety of information, such as fashion website, fashion magazine etc.
3) Our designer goes shopping in Europe .
Q: Can you help me make my own design? How about the sample fee and sample time?
A: Sure! We have a professional development team to design new items. And we’ve made OEM and ODM items for many customers. You can tell me your idea or provide us the artwork. We will develop for you.
And the sample time is about 7 days.The sample fee is charged according to the material and size of each product.
C. Chemical Test
Q: Which test organization JARA work with?
A: Usually we work with SGS, ITS, BV. Sometimes some customer will
have their own test department.
Q: We do USA and Canada market, is there any item special for the
market?
A: Lead , Phalates and PH is the mostly we do. And it's no problem
for us to pass these tests.
Q: The chemical standards for the European countries is very
strict, can you tell me which chemical test you need do for the
European?
A: It depends on clients requirement. According to Reach standard,
it has about 138 items, but different countries focus on different
items.
Eg.In Spain, they focus on AZO. In Germany, they focus on Chromium, DMFA. In Sweden and Denmark, they need to test APEO, Nickle free right now. So it is better that you could tell us which is your major items for test.
Q: Can you control DMFA?
A: Of course!
D. Production
Q: How about production capacity each month?
A: We have our own factory. And we also have some subcontractor
factories. In total, the production capacity can be 1,000,000pcs
each month for belts.
Q: Many factory production samples quality is different from the
first sample.It's normal for JARA?
A: Firstly, we will send the approve sample to check the quality
and material. If customer confirm the approved samples, we will
keep this as our production standards.
Second, we will send the shipping sample for check. We will keep the quality as same as the customer approved.
At last, our QC also will go to the factory to check the quality in order to prevent any problems during productions and packings.
Q: During in the production, does JARA have training for the
workers?
A: Yes, of course! Every worker will have a skill training when
they come. And we will test if their skills before they do their
work.
E. Quality Control
Q: How to control production quality?
A: We do Inline and final inspection. Firstly, when the material
and buckle were arriving in factory, QC will check the color
difference and quality before mass production.
Secondly, QC will go the production line every day to check the quality in process.
Lastly, they will make final inspection about packing, quality and other details before shipment.
Q: We will have our own QC or Third party to inspect the goods, is
it ok?
A: Yes, pls give us your QC contact details and arriving details,
we will arrange it.
F. Shipment
Q: How to arrange the shipment for productions?
A: We could arrange the shipment by sea or by air.
If the quantity is not so big, we could also send goods by express on client's account.
