    A cell is charged to end-of-charge voltage at a current of 0.5C, and then charged at a constant voltage of 3.65V until the charge current is less than 0.05C, after that stored for 20min; Subsequently, the cell is discharged to cut-off voltage at a constant current of 0.5C, and stored 30min; prior to next charge-discharge cycle.     4. Stotage & Transportation

    • Based on the character of cell, proper environment for transportation of LiFePO4 battery pack need to be created to protect the battery.
    • Battery should be stayed in the ware house -20℃~35℃ where it’s dry, clean, shade, and well-ventilated.
    • The battery should be stored in 50% SOC during transportation.
    • The battery need to be charged every 6 months if out of use.
    • Keep the battery against dropping, turning over and serious stacking during loading.

    5. LiFePO4 battery cells advantage

    • Output with high efficiency: Standard discharge current is 0.3C-1C, pulse discharge current is 3.5C for 3 seconds.
    • Good performance under wide temperature -20-60℃. The battery structure is safe and good.
    • Good safety performance: When the pressure inside the battery is too large, the one-way safety valve will release gas and heat to make sure battery perform well. When the internal pressure reaches a certain level, the valve will be open immediately which can protect the battery from burning and explosion.
    • Long cycle life time, the discharge capacity is still over 80% after 2000 cycle times of single cell(100%DOD).
    • It can fast charging. It could be charged to 80% within 20 minutes and charged full with 2-3h.
    • Low self-discharge. Less than 3% per month.
    • No pollution during manufacture and usage.
