    Goods Description

    The traditional water-cooling air roots blowers, the cog wheels can only be partly cooled, which may cause over-heat, hence break down possibly. Our new design THW series blower has the special feature, the main air room can be completely covered by the cooling water, the machine can withstand higher heat in this way, particularly in high pressure conveyance and the puffing air. Our rotor is made by the most advanced one time work process Four-Shaft method in order to reduce man-made errors, enhance the precision of the leave wheel, and to promote the blower efficiently.

    And the flange and groove rim of the air compartment and the side cover of our blower can not only reinforce the blower's operational functions but also keep eccentric phenomenal resulting from the fastening of the stud, which may reduce the blower life. Also, low Noise and Minimal Vibration are also the main features of our blowers. In addition, the special design for reducing the body temperature by using water between the body, and the casing and the Separate lateral chambers that designed for housing the moving parts with proper seals to prevent oil leakage are also earned our customer’s appreciation.


    Features

    • Lower noise:Pressure pluses are the major noise source in blowers. The Trundean roots blower design can efficiently reduce noise by approximately 5 dB.
    • Lower energy consumption:Trundean roots blower are designed to control backflow pressure to the rotor in order to reduce energy consumption.

    Model selection


    1. The air volume shown in above performance form, it's the suction volume under standard suction condition (Temp. 20 ℃, absolute pressure 1.0332 kg/c㎡, relative humidity 65%).

    2. The convert formula between normal (for example: 0 ℃, 1.0332 kg/c㎡, ABS) and standard condition:

    Qs=Qn * (yn/ys), y=0.465 * (P-0.378 ᵩ * Ps) / (273+t)

    ᵩ=humidity (%) P=Pressure (mmHg)

    Qn: air flow under normal condition N m³/min

    Qs: air flow under standard condition (indicated in above performance table m³/min)

    Y: air ration weight (kg/m³)

    Ps: water vapor saturation pressure of the temperature (mmHg)

    T: absolute temperature (273+t) ℃

    3. Vice versa, an air flow under discharge condition can be converted to an air flow under standard condition:

    Qs=Qd * (1.0332+Pd) * (273 +Ts) / (1.032*(273+Td))

    Qd: air flow under discharge condition, m³/min

    Ts: suction temperature

    Td: discharge temperature

    Pd: discharge pressure, kgf/㎡

    4. Select blower type, diameter, rpm and shaft power based on performance table as required the air flow and discharge pressure.

    5. Smaller size for economic view, and larger size for lower noise level & stabler performance for a long view.
